Admission Policy

AVN Senior Secondary School follows a transparent, merit-based admission system. Every child is given a fair opportunity, with selection based on age, ability, and conduct.

Admission Procedure

  1. Collect the brochure and application form (₹400) from the school office.

  2. Appear for the Level Placement Assessment (LPA):

    • Kindergarten: Interaction only.

    • Higher classes: Age, ability, and conduct are considered.

  3. Results are displayed on the school notice board and shared via SMS/email/phone.

  4. Confirm admission by submitting the fee within the given timeline (cash/DD/cheque/online transfer).

Documents Required

  • 2 passport-size photographs of the student.

  • 1 passport-size photograph of each parent.

  • Aadhaar cards (student + parents).

  • Address proof.

  • Family ID (Haryana).

  • Birth certificate.

  • Transfer certificate (if applicable).

Withdrawal & Refund Policy

  • Withdrawal before session start: ₹10,000 deducted as an administrative fee, rest refunded.

  • After the session starts: Fee forfeited; only security deposit refunded.

  • One month's written notice is required for existing students.
