Adarsh Vidya Niketan Senior Secondary School, Sector-19, Faridabad celebrated its Annual Sports Day, AVNATHON, with great piety and ardour for Bloomz to II and III to VI standard on 9th and 10th December, 2022 respectively in the school premises. The school management was present at the venue to greet the Chief Guests and to encourage the young sports enthusiasts. The Director Mr. Deepak Gupta and the Director- Academic Mrs Pushp Lata, the Executive Director Mrs. Ishita Jain were there to cheer up the students. There were other eminent personalities of the society among the other dignitaries. Mr. Harbir Adhana, AEEO of Faridabad and Dr. Sukhpal Singh, Secretary, All India Kabaddi Federation graced the occasion as the Chief Guests. The dynamic torch bearer of the school inaugurated the festal event. It was followed by an oath ceremony and March Past. The sporty pupils of every standard participated in various sports events under their specified categories. The whole school bustled with the young players and their zealous performances. The winners were acknowledged through the Prize Distribution Ceremony. The Reverend Chief Guests congratulated the students for the exemplary exhibition of comradely gestures and encouraged them with words of wisdom. The grand function was wrapped up with the Vote of Thanks by the Principal of the school Ms. Sunita Khullar.
